INGRID ANDRESS rings in the Christmas season with “Snowed In With Me”

Multi-Platinum-selling and 4x GRAMMY nominated singer-songwriter Ingrid Andress has released her new holiday single, “Snowed In With Me,” out now. Written with Caitlyn Smith and Micah Wilshire, “Snowed In With Me” pairs nostalgic lyricism with a classic holiday sound, capturing the romance of being snowed in with someone special.

“Believe it or not, I was inspired to write this song while literally stranded in my house during a terrible winter storm earlier this year in Nashville,” shared Andress. “So when Caitlyn, Micah and I finally got together to write something festive, I told them my harrowing tale and mentioned that having a lover stuck with me would have made it way more fun. We decided to write it from the perspective of (hopefully) ‘future Ingrid’ where she’s not snowed in alone. There’s something sexy about Christmas lights, cuddling up, and having nowhere to be except with the person you love.”

Fresh off the road from her headline Nowhere Else To Go Tour, Andress spent the past few months bringing her razor-sharp songwriting and undeniable stage presence to audiences across the country. With stops in Washington, DC and New York, NY, the Nowhere Else To Go Tour marked Andress’s return to full-band production after her acclaimed, stripped down Low-Key Sessionsdelighted listeners nationwide.

Fans can expect more new music coming from Andress soon as she puts the finishing touches on her forthcoming third studio album, set for release in 2027. The album will follow her celebrated sophomore album, Good Person, and her breakout debut, Lady Like, both co-produced and co-written by Andress.

Her critically acclaimed discography speaks for itself. Good Person, selected as one of Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Albums of the Year, featured her GRAMMY-nominated, Platinum-certified No. 1, “Wishful Drinking (with Sam Hunt)” which was ranked by Billboard as one of the Top 10 most played songs at country radio in 2022.

Lady Like, her highly praised debut album, earned a spot on Billboard’s Top 10 Best Country Albums of the Year and set the record for the highest-streaming country female debut album of all time upon release. Her Multi-Platinum No. 1 single off of the album, “More Hearts Than Mine,” made history as the only debut single from a solo female artist to break the Top 20 at country radio in 2019. Earning a GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album (Lady Like) and Best Country Song (“More Hearts Than Mine”), Andress also received a nod for Best New Artist the same year.

With her third project on the horizon, Andress sets the stage for an ambitious new era grounded in the hard-won perspective and masterful storytelling that has made her a defining voice in country music.
