From waiting until her children were adults and leaving behind a professional finance career and marriage that did not encourage her creative pursuits, London, ON based Canadian Country artist Amanda Keeles is one year into the music career of any artist’s dreams.Unstoppable, determined, and fiercely creative,Keeles’ inspiring journey and unforgettable music are uniquely motivating and empowering. Keeles joined forces with acclaimed Canadian Country music talents for her debut release, including producer Johnny Gasparic, a Grammy and Canadian Country Music Award (CCMA) nominee, along with CCMA and JUNO Award-winning musicians Justin Kudding, Chris Byrne, Joey McIntyre, Keith Floen, Therry Lawson, and Calgary artist Bill Blayney. Together they brought Keeles debut album, “Can’t Stop Me Now!”, to life at MCC Recording Studio, a recipient of the prestigious CCMA Studio of the Year award five times over. Fresh off of the release of her debut album this year, Keeles is gearing up to release a brand new single from the project, titled “His Perception”, a Classic Rock infused Country song about the power of perspective, and hindsight. “His Perception” will be released on Friday, May 10 2024.
“His Perception” was written and performed by Amanda Keeles, and was recorded at MCC Recording Studio in Calgary, AB. The track was produced by Johnny Gasparic who also contributed guitar and vocals to the song. Additional musicians on the track include Chris Byrne (The Road Hammers), Joey McIntyre, Keith Floen, Therry Lawson, and Bill Blayney.
