Cavendish Beach Music Festival Announces RBCxMusic Emerging Artist Stage Lineup

With the countdown officially on for the East Coast’s biggest country party, Bell Presents Cavendish Beach Music Festival, Whitecap Entertainment is showcasing some of the brightest new talents in Canadian country music with the announcement of the fan-favourite RBCxMusic Emerging Artist Stage lineup. Taking place July 5-7, Atlantic Canada’s largest multi-day music festival is set to bring the heat this summer with a jam-packed weekend of unforgettable performances.

“We are excited to continue this incredible partnership with Whitecap Entertainment and Cavendish Beach Music Festival this year,” said Chris Ronald, Atlantic Regional President for RBC. “As a long-standing supporter of music, RBC knows events like this are incredibly important. They connect people, drive the local economy by bringing in big name entertainers, but perhaps most importantly, they help showcase the talents of emerging artists to a huge audience. I can’t wait to attend and from the ticket sales, I’d say I am not alone in feeling that way!”

Highlighting rising country artists and up-and-coming musicians from across Atlantic Canada, the RBCxMusic Emerging Artist Stage will get the party started on Friday with performances by island native Julia Robichaud, bilingual singer-songwriter Émilie Landry, New Brunswick natives Josh Norrad and Kylie Fox, and for the first time at CBMF, a drag performance by the Queens of Country.

Heating things up on Saturday will be New Brunswick’s newest country sensation The Mainlanders, 2024 ECMA nominee Brad Reid, Nova Scotia’s own Kristen Martell and Lisa Richard, and young up-and-comer Amelia Underhill. Concluding the weekend of unforgettable performances on Sunday will be local PEI rock band 30 Russell, MusicPEI’s Musician of the Year winner Nick Doneff, multi-award winning country artist Laurie LeBlanc and Nova Scotia natives Aaron MacDonald and The Gilberts.

“We are so thrilled to once again partner with RBC for our Emerging Artist Stage,” said Ben Murphy, CEO of Whitecap Entertainment. “We’re truly fortunate to have such incredible local talent on the East Coast, and we’re always excited to shine a spotlight on the rising Canadian talent every year, providing them a platform to share their music with new audiences. With less than two months remaining until this year’s festival, we’re eagerly anticipating the arrival of our Cavendish Beach Music family this July!”

As there are only a handful of festival tickets still available for this year’s exceptional lineup, fans are encouraged to secure tickets before they are sold out at cavendishbeachmusic.com. Festival goers to this year’s event will have the opportunity to experience three nights of exceptional live entertainment, including performances by Brothers Osborne, Tyler Childers, Zac Brown Band, Warren Zeiders, Sam Barber, MacKenzie Porter and many more.
