ROBYN OTTOLINI Takes Fans ‘Way Back’ With New Single

Platinum-selling, CCMA Award-winning country star Robyn Ottolini is turning back the clock, tapping into pure nostalgia with her new single “Way Back,” available today (LISTEN HERE). Arriving just in time for her upcoming Way, Way Back Tour, the track sets the tone for a high-energy run that celebrates where she’s been, and where she’s headed next.

It was so fun to capture this familiar, bittersweet nostalgia of a past love from my younger days,” shares Ottolini. “You might’ve moved on and both be in a completely different place in your life, but all it takes is something as little as spotting their truck and the next thing you know, you’re driving down memory lane, acknowledging the piece of you that will always be right there, 21 years old, parked in a field off of Old Brock Road. This tour is going to capture that feeling – things reminiscent of ‘the good ole days’ – while also celebrating the joys of the present moment.

Starting November 6, Ottolini will headline the “Way, Way Back” tour across Ontario and Montreal, bringing her deeply personal songs – and her powerful vocals – to the fans who’ve stood by her journey from the start. A full list of dates and support acts can be found below.

Ottolini’s current radio single, the unapologetic tale of a disastrous first (and last) date “Airplane Bottle,” has spent 13 weeks and counting inside the Top 40 at Canadian Country Radio. The song has become a fan favourite, with many dubbing her the “female Sam Hunt.” Holler called it “the song of the week, of the year, of the rest of our lives!”

ABOUT ROBYN OTTOLINI
In country music, the very best narratives are almost always lifted from life’s messy playbook. Evocatively, sometimes playfully articulating everyday wins and losses is something of a songwriting super-power, and it’s one wholly possessed by the Nashville-based, platinum-selling artist, Robyn Ottolini. Over five years, a quintet of EPs, and multiple dazzling singles, the trucker’s daughter from a blue-collar Canadian town has amassed more than 160 million streams – 60 million alone for her rip-snorting heartbreak smash “F-150,” which incinerated TikTok while cementing Ottolini’s status as a supremely relatable lyricist able to make the ordinary scan as extraordinary. Robyn is not only a CCMA Award winner, but has reached the #3 spot on Rolling Stones’ All Genre Viral Chart, and had three Top 40 singles on Billboard’s Canadian country chart. Ottolini has seen the likes of some of country music’s biggest festivals, and headlined shows across her native country, as well as opened up for Shania Twain, Tim McGraw, Breland and Tyler Rich, just to name a few.

Now, Robyn Ottolini is proudly independent, unrestrained and is releasing a clutch of electrifying, lived-in original songs all year long. More tunes to follow, leading to her hotly anticipated debut album. Rapturous fan responses to her new music suggests Ottolini’s star is rising.
