Chart-topping, multi-PLATINUM duo The Reklaws have released their deeply personal track “People Don’t Talk About” in spatial audio across all streaming platforms. Now available, the updated dolby atmos version of “People Don’t Talk About” offers listeners an unparalleled, multi-dimensional listening experience. This innovative audio format allows fans to hear every nuance of The Reklaws’ performance, making them feel as if they’re right in the room alongside them.
In addition last night, the duo appeared on America’s Got Talent where they performed the emotional track, and earned four enthusiastic ‘YES’ from judges Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel.
“We always knew ‘People Don’t Talk About’ had a bigger purpose,” shared The Reklaws. “When we were given the chance to tell our story on the AGT stage – one of the biggest stages in the world – we knew we had to sing this song with the hopes of it reaching individuals around the world who perhaps needed to hear it. We’re so grateful for the opportunity and wanted to do something special to mark this moment, so we’re re-releasing the song that means so much to us.”
Earlier this morning the pair were also announced as performers for the 2024 CCMA Awards in Edmonton, AB this Fall. Having hosted the 2023 CCMA Awards last year in Hamilton and taking home the Award for Top Selling Canadian Album for their 2022 release Good Ol’ Days, they look forward to joining the fans and industry again at Canada’s biggest night in country music.
The award-winning duo is heading into a busy summer season, taking stages at shows and festivals across the country including already announced stops at Big Valley Jamboree, Sunfest Country Music Festival, Country Thunder Alberta as well as back-to-back nights at the Jackson Triggs Amphitheatre and Kee to Bala, among many more.
